This is a drawing book. It does not show how to draw objects. It does not show specific drawing steps. It is not filled with technical terms. There are many books that do that. This book is, instead, designed to teach how to look at objects and make decisions of how objects could be drawn and painted. It is meant to encourage children (of all ages) break out of their tendency to draw the stereotyped images they are so familiar with. There are no right or wrong answers to the questions in this book. The questions are meant to improve observation, and imagination. When a person can look and answer these questions, he or she will be better able to draw the marvelous word around him/her.
